How do I know which is the most cost-effective solution for my organization?

Our team of account managers are available to help you select an option that makes sense and will discuss all possible options.

What does your agency specialize in?

Quadrant’s core business is “staffing” supporting commercial, healthcare, federal, and non-profit organizations.

Is there service agreement I need to sign?

Yes, there is a service agreement which will outline the terms and conditions, which your account manager will review with you.

Does your agency handle non-healthcare or non-technology corporate level positions, such accountants or human resources professionals?

Yes, we have a large database of non-technical and non-healthcare related professionals to source from.

Does your agency provide background checks?

Yes, all our hires are required to go through a standard criminal background check.

Will you provide professional references?


Is there a fee associated with your services?

Yes, our staffing model is built around a “contract to hire” solution with no fees on the backend.  You are still paying a service fee, but the fee is spread out over an extended period.

Does your agency provide short term temps?

Yes, your account manager will help you navigate through the process.

I need help filling a position, what is the best way to start?

Simply go to our website and click “request talent” and follow the steps.  An account manager will reach out to you within a few hours, if not less.

Can you support positions nationally?

Yes, we can support most states except CA, NY, NJ due to stringent labor laws.

How big is your database?

Our database consists of over 2 million viable cleared and non-cleared candidates.

Most of our needs require clearances, is this something you can support?

Yes, Quadrant holds an active top secret facility clearance and can hold secret and top-secret level clearances.

Will your support proposal efforts?

Yes, our federal division will work with you in supporting proposal efforts, the account manager will walk you through the process.
